A US judge has formally ordered Iran, al-Qaeda and several other defendants to pay $6-billion compensation to the victims of September 11, 2001, in a largely symbolic ruling.
Although Iran denies any connection to 9/11, it was included in the list of alleged culprits by the US District Court in New York, along with the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah, Afghanistan’s Taliban guerrillas and al-Qaeda, which took credit for the massive terror attack.
Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei is also named.
However, the money, awarded for economic, personal and punitive damages for a total of $6,048,513,805, is unlikely to be recovered.
Iran is in a tense standoff with the United States over multiple issues, especially its nuclear industry and alleged plan to build an atomic weapon. Iranian-backed Hezbollah has no relations with the United States.
Al-Qaeda founder Osama bin Laden, who is also named, was killed by US Navy SEALs in a raid inside Pakistan in 2011. The Taliban are in an active war with US-led troops across Afghanistan.
The ruling caps a series of court decisions prompted by lawsuits filed by families of 47 victims from among the nearly 3,000 killed on 9/11.
Last year, Judge George Daniels signed a judgment in favour of the plaintiffs. A magistrate then calculated the recommended compensation, which Daniels yesterday approved in his ruling.
Bin Laden and al-Qaeda claimed responsibility for the attacks, in which hijacked airliners were used to bring down the World Trade Center towers in New York and to crash into the Pentagon near Washington, DC.
The Taliban ruled Afghanistan at the time and were giving shelter to al-Qaeda. Iran was blamed by the US court partly because some of the hijackers passed through the country on their way to carrying out the attacks.

I’d estimate that Israel owes us MUCH more than that amount for 911. The cost of TV time alone would exceed any imaginable amount by ten. Then property damage, loss of lives, psychological damage, slander against innocents, misappropriated funds for DHS, trillions of dollars and a million deaths in Iraq, Afghanistan, cost+ contracts for haliburton, and god knows what else.

The decision of this judge would be laughable if it weren’t so sad. He has found guilty everyone except the true culprits – Israeli Mossad and it’s dual citizenship neo-con agents in the USA. If the judge had any decency, he would have at least blushed when he made this absurd decision. But as Jeremiah said about the Jewish leaders and people of his time: “they were not at all ashamed, they did not know how to blush”.
A couple of verses earlier, Jeremiah made this accusation against the people: Jer 6:13 “For from the least to the greatest of them, everyone is greedy for unjust gain; and from prophet to priest, EVERYONE DEALS FALSELY.” I’m sure I’m not the only one who believes that accusation fits so well today also.

Daniel’s filing of a default judgement for the plaintif’s show’s just how lazy Daniel’s really is.. His past case’s prove this assumption. None of the defendant’s were able to produce evidence to the contrary. The plantiff’s lawyer’s picked the fight judge to get the right verdict.

The judge(s) of the US District Court who rendered this judgment are now culpable in the 911 coverup and can now face RICO charges himself. Covering up the largest terrorist attack in history is aiding and abetting the criminals that did it. All the people involved in 911 will be held responsible and have assets seized, including this judge.
This is not a joke, what this judge is doing is threatening the rule of law, charging Iran for this crime is ludicrous. This judge attached himself to the crime, he just ended his career, he will get life or even a death sentence.

Bin Laden was already dead, like back in 2002 of renal kidney failure, and he went to his deathbed denying any involvement at all in the WTC Attacks quite clearly. They are also blatantly assuming ‘Ai Qaeda’ is an actually an independent Terrorist Organization and not directly ties to the CIA/Mossad. Thank you to Adalberto Erazo Jr. for posting the above video. The reason the NYPD didn’t intervene was because this was a verbal attack and not a physical one. They finally did intervene when the situation seemed to get out of control. I think this was poor judgement on the NYPD’s part but was probably due more to poor guidelines, instructions and training especially regarding dignitaries from foreign nations and the extra protection they should be given. If anyone physically attacked the Iranians, the NYPD would have immediately arrested the perps and would not have been gentle about it.
I say all of this because I think the cops were given instructions to allow maximum free speech to all protestors. I was at the Warwick Hotel, where Ahmadinejad was staying, on the evening of 9/25 with my pro-Ahmadinejad sign. I met up with the traitorous Green party/MEK crowd who hates Ahmadinejad, calls him a “dictator”, and wants regime change ASAP. Many of these people were Israeli Jews, by the way. I exchanged heated words with one of these creatures, who was screaming into my face with a cop standing right next to me. The cop didn’t intervene but told me to move to another corner to avoid trouble. I have seen this at other protest rallies. The cops allow all verbal exchanges but no physical attacks.
Adalberto, I also want to thank you for always being there in a pinch. You found the info about Kevin Macdonald’s statements awhile ago when Sazzy was intimating I was a liar. You also found the photo of Mark Glenn at the Ahmadinejad event on 9/25 when people were calling him a liar. In this war, I sure want to be in the same foxhole as you.
After the ridiculous, insane judgement against Iran by this judge, I do not understand why Iran doesn’t confront this issue directly. Surely the intelligence apparatus in Iran has studied the momentous 9/11 event and knows darn well this was a Mossad/US operation. This is not the time for Iranians to be diplomatic but to verbally decapitate the beast, expose them as the psychopaths they are. Ahmadinejad is a complete puzzle to me. He often speaks in generalities and makes vague allusions to troublesome countries without ever going in for the kill. When he’s being accused of helping Assad, he never names the western/Nato nations who are fomenting this rebellion, arming the rebels, providing on the ground intelligence and he never exposes these rebels as foreign mercenaries, NOT SYRIANS. I’m left wondering what the hell is going on in the Iranian head.
