A Jewish group is urging a US judge to impose civil fines on Russia for failing to return the group’s historic books and documents.
Obama administration objects to Jewish group’s bid to have civil fines levied against Moscow for failing to obey court order to return historic documents
The Justice Department said at Wednesday’s hearing that such fines would actually hurt the effort and urged the judge to refrain from ordering them.
US District Chief Judge Royce Lamberth has already ruled the records are unlawfully possessed by the Russian State Library and the Russian military archive.
In 2010, he ordered the Russian government to turn them over to the US embassy in Moscow or to the Jewish group’s representative.
Russia, which has completely halted the loan of its art treasures for exhibit in the United States for fear that they will be seized and held hostage in the court battle.

Well said Matt Houston. I’d say the Russians and their neighbors are entitled to compensation and justice for the atrocities committed against them by jews , freemasons and other criminals who operated under the revolutionary banner of communism and its political allies. Infact it is entirely possible that a lot of north americans , europeans and asians ought to be compensated for loss of life, property, life savings and political and personal soveriegnty.

How about sanctions against the Jews for killing hundreds of thousands of Palestinians, dispossessing them, robbing their land and property and kicking millions of them who now live as refugees in other countries?. If we go by the law of international justice, many US presidents, Congressmen and Senators should be indicted for mass murder, disposession of land and dealing with the satanic cabal who has cost trillions of dollars to the US citizens.

How about sanction against israel for illegal nuclear arms program. And then we can also abide by our own law (symington amendment act) and stop sending them checks. It is not legal for us to give aid to a country producing nuclear warheads that is not signatory of the NPT. I can dream , I think it is still legal here.

Hold on there; Sanctions(??) against Russia(!!!) for not giving back the books of war which Russsia was involved in? It’s their history, too.., so where do these utter mentalcases get-off trying to force the USA to go for acts of war against Russia? Yes, to anyone not aware; all sanctions are acts of war. Do we want to poke the bear?
I know they, the zionazi, have taken the books of all of Europe, including most of Eastern Europe, and re-written this history. It seems to me that the proof that not so many Jews died in what they insist was a holocaust is different from what they’ve put out there. Otherwise, why take from the Russians what should certainly belong to the Russians?
What is with this idiotic judge (American judge), finding in favor of those who’ve do so much to hurt all of the world, when they ought to all be in jail? Whos side is he on? And what am even bothering asking, when we already know the very obvious answer to that question?

The chosenites are so blatantly self-serving.. I watch a TV programme about forensics, this mornings episode was about a Rumanian Catholic Bishop, who was accused of pro-Nazi ideals during WW2. Yes, Russia and Putin won’t be handing anything over, particularly something that belongs in their own libraries. Screw this “Jewish asspociation”/ anyone know who this group is comprised of?
Regardless; Russia is STILL a bear, and poking at Putin would be very, very, stupid.
I would hope Obama comprehends this. China and Iran, as well as Venezuela, Cuba, etc.., are on the side of Russsia. If Obama ever thought we would get away with trying to enforce a hand-over to Israhell or even these particular American Jews, he should try it and see how far it gets him. And may WE true Americans be prepared to stand up for other Americans, against what is supposed to be our government.
If Putin and Russia, for example, and with others were willing to come at us militarily, I would hope freedom lovers throughout the states would follow his example.
But, I don’t think O will do anyting, Even he biggest and baddest rabbi and/or PM in Israhell would not be bad enough to force O’s hand in this, I think.
