Dutch teenagers are using the word “Jew” akin to “cool” or “awesome” in English, according to a linguist from Leiden University.
Professor Marc van Oostendorp wrote Monday on his blog that he heard the new usage of the word “jood” (pronounced yode) at a high school in Leiden shortly after learning about the phenomenon from an online forum about the Dutch language.
“One is at first unsettled by it. The word Jew is still a slightly sensitive issue if used improperly,” van Oostendorp wrote, adding an example of how soccer fans use it as a pejorative.
Van Oostendorp notes that Dutch already has one positive exclamation connected to Judaism in “tof,” which was borrowed from Yiddish and means “good,” but he writes that “it’s not clear if those two are connected. I don’t believe too many people are aware of the etymology.”
He notes that “the ideal word to express teenage enthusiasm would make parents raise their eyebrows” but would not invoke disciplinary intervention.
“The word ‘Jew’ is apparently suitable in that regard,” van Oostendorp wrote.

Yes, well, who is it who has controll, and influence, in Holland? Our pro-JEWish friend Geert Wild, sorry, Vilders, that`s who, and I too, am sick to death, of encountering this suffocating JEWish influence, everywhere I turn.. I suspect that Jews are buying up property in the UK, and I know they have control in the airline, and ferry sevices here in Norway..

As a Dutch, to my and all my Dutch relatives that word “jood” means nothing but you not giving your part money wise or trying to rig something. Example: “jodenfooi” can be literally translated as “jewish-tip”, obviously resulting in something pretty much as a worthless tip. The usage of the word “jood” was, is and always will be synonymous to a form of describing an extreme selfish or thrifty act. ALWAYS NEGATIVE. “jodenstreek” another one, an act of some extreme backstab. And the list goes on and on.
Do not get fooled by the jew dominated education combined with the press airing these empty claims, worldwide that is. Hopefully one day the Dutch will wake up and see what the jews really stand for, the day after TV throwing out the window day that is.
You gotta love that Talmud, the filth in that thing is endless. And “blondy” Geert Wilders is going on about Islam being a stupid religion, that piece of s… There is nothing more evil than these jew books but it looks like whole societies are in a drunken stupor media wise, input = output.

I am Dutch and I can tell you this is a BS story. The Jewish controlled press is probably saying these things. The Dutch do not like Jews or Israel. Holland got a fals guilt because of WW2. The word “jood” is negative and nobody likes to be called that in the Netherlands. You dare openly say something negative about Jews or Israel in holland and immediately you will be marked as a anti Semite.

I once stayed three nights at a youth hostel in Bergen, and wanted to go to a nightclub in the town, to meet a Norwegian musician who sang Tom Waitts songs, I didn`t want to go alone, so I asked a young Dutch guy if he would go with me. He apologised, and said that he wanted to watch the Norway versus Holland football match on TV. Next morning I saw him as we were leaving, asked if Holland won. No, he said, they lost..
