Iran and Russia have signed a joint security agreement today in Tehran, Mehr news agency reported.
The agreement was signed by Iran’s Intelligence Minister Mostafa Mohammad Najjar and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Kolokoltsev.
Kolokoltsev arrived in Tehran on Sunday, leading the Russian delegation of official diplomats.
The sides discussed the issues of fighting the terrorism, drug dealing, and other problems of mutual interest.
Najjar highly assessed Russia’s stance against the Western sanctions imposed on Iran for its nuclear program.
The United States, Israel and some of their allies suspect Iran of pursuing non-civilian objectives in its nuclear energy program.
Iran rejects the allegations, arguing that as a committed signatory to the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) and a member of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), it has the right to use nuclear technology for peaceful purposes.

It has been long discussed, I hope the Russians do not deceive Iran. The only thing I can say is that Iran might not be the most powerful military country in Central Asia but it sure has a capability to inflict severe damage to the “West” . It can certainly close the Strait of Hormuz at least temporarily and cause damage to the US 5th fleet in Bahrain. They have advanced and sophisticated precision guided missiles that can blow up any submarine in the Mediterranean or the Persian Gulf or elsewhere. That is why Israel has not attacked Iran and the US is afraid to get involved in another war that will cost the government another 10 trillion dollars in debt which will devastate the now fragile US and European economies.

Israel doesn’t have the balls to attack Iran; they’re full of crap. I almost wish they would try; they are SO overdue for a real ASS-WHIPPIN’!! They don’t know real air defenses.

I’m very glad to hear this.
And I only wish the USA would have the same sense to do it, too. Instead, we’re stuck with the lunatic-state.
Can we just get rid of “our” government and start afresh?

Israel is really froggy but won’t jump because in a one-on-one with Iran, they would have their ass handed to them. What’s a Jew to do?? Get the U.S. to fight for them!!!! The problem is Israel is trying to figure out a way to start W.W. III without being blamed for it. Jews are the scourge of the earth and the bane of our existence…

I know!
Last night, in twitter, I had posted about this and how Iz will be very mad and yelling at Obama to DO something. Some idiot jumps in (from IZ) and says?
“Israel has never backed down from a fight”
I said; Israel ALWAYS backs down, which is why they need the USA to do all of their fighting for them. Of course, I ended that conversation by calling this israeli a, “baby-murdering land-grabber”.
Didn’t hear any more on the subject.
