Antidepressants and School Shootings, Suicide, Addiction

This is a Truehope (aka Pig Pills) production. These people have a (very dubious) product to sell. The previous anti-drug vid you published on this site was produced by Citizens Commission on Human Rights, a Scientology cover. You should be making the extreme, wacko sources of these distorted views apparent.

    Hmm.
So the drug-companies are trying to say it’s the fault of the doctors in treating people -esp kids- who don’t need the drugs. But, if the drugs weren’t there, the docs would not have them to give-out.
How many of our suicided military were on these drugs?
Do people realise that the drug-companies are very, VERY, pushy, in trying to get doctors to treat kids with these drugs? Docs get gifts and are invited to seminars (vacations) for each new drug put out there.
These things are seriously dangerous and ought to be outlawed.

This is heartbreaking. You want to know what is even worse? Some parents self-diagnose their children and make doctors write prescriptions for these killer drugs.

When I was a kid, you get outta line, get an ass whippin’, and everything’s cool. Live and learn. We didn’t have these drugs when I was a kid, and we all seemed normal….

Some years ago I was on a school trip with my daughter`s class. One day, two teachers were talking together, I just happened to be there, they were discussing kids, and asking the question, what`s wrong with kids these days, they have no respect. I said I`ll tell you what`s wrong, My daughter`s teacher smiled and asked me to tell them. I said, simply, parents are no longer allowed to disciplin their kids, but it`s more than that, more than disciplin, more, and more, our responsibility for OUR kids, is being taken from us, and placed in the hands of strangers, some good, some bad. The bottom line is, they are OUR kids, and they are ultimately OUR responsibility. I was lucky, I had a good kid, she had many problems, but overcame them in a good way, just by being herself, and by not listening to advice dished out ad nauseum..
