Ken O’Keefe on HARDTalk 2010

I don’t know too much about Ken O’Keefe but I suspect, because of his responses in a recent controversy surrounding him and his recent Aloha Palestine mission, that he is not truly on the side of truth. I could certainly be wrong about this but people’s reactions to criticism – like an immediate threat of legal action – always raises suspicion with me. To me it seems he has gone out of his way to gain publicity and to have mismanaged monies donated to his cause as well. Like I said, I could be totally wrong about this and Ken may in fact be a great person working for the truth and under a lot of stress. These days I have to be suspicious of everyone (sad to say) as I’m sure people are suspicious of me as well. Time always tells, as does one’s record of actions and reactions. I always try and give people the benefit of the doubt and take a wait-and-see attitude, which I am doing for Ken as well.

–note from me, MG–Ken O’Keefe is a good friend of mine, and the things being alleged about him are done int he interests of slandering a good man who is probably more effective than 90% of his colleagues in the ISM and other pro-palestinian movements. The campaign being waged against him is being done for personal and not professional reasons by a group of gals who do not like the fact that a real man has stepped up to the plate and is hitting homeruns instead of the typical strikeouts that seem to prevail.

KENNETH O’KEEFE has opted for a peaceful approach regarding the Palestinian Holocaust given the context, that is the cowardice of the world, including the Arab and Muslim world, who refuse to get out of the totalitarian dictatorship of the United Nations that started this genocide and massive exodus of innocent Palestinains, Muslims and Christians.

In Ghazza he is a sitting duck and at any time the Judeo-Nazis and the Zionists can get rid of him. The usual method is to initially slander his character and they hope that with the help of their media and traitors from inside the Movement, they will eventually neutralise him.

But, one Ken O’Keefe down, one MILLION will come up! Be sure of that!

As long as we do not unite to DEFEND those who are defending the future of our children at great costs and with the sacrifice of their own confort and even lives, the slaughter and plunder will go on and entire nations will be kept hostage and behind Apartheid Walls and in vast Concentration and Death Camps.

The man is a HERO and he needs our help, not only words.

If anybody wants to know if Kenneth O’Keefe is a Zionist, as some wicked and malicious tongues and venemous vipers are accusing him to be, just find out how many times he kissed the hand of Madeleine Albright!

I saw Yasser Arafat kiss her hands twice!

Kenneth O’Keefe is made up of a different fibre altogether! I found faults with many Prophets and even with GOD, but I found none with KEN, and I am serious!

i saw this video last year and the abiding memory of this video/interniew is the bbc bullsh*t cowardly reporter being put firmly in her place. you can literally see the shoite oozing out of her body as she tries to attack ken o’keefe but is shown up to be a bullsh*t propagandist. her attempts to disguise her humiliation are also funny to watch.

Ken O’Keefe: a true modern hero. Peace, Blessings and long life to him

  7. #7 by Lindsey on 09/25/2011 - 9:34

I wish that I had done just 1% of what this HERO has done to make the world a better place. You know, as much as any of us do in this “movement,” when you see someone like a modern-day HERO like Ken o’Keefe it puts everything in-perspective about what we have really accomplished individually.

ANYONE besmirching this man’s character can KISS MY ASS because those “people” are simply doing the enemy’s work, and if they don’t know this then they damned-well are living in another dimension.

  8. #8 by Concrete man on 09/25/2011 - 9:34

I saw this the first time it was aired, back when I had a TV! It was fantastic then and fantastic now.

Who would have thought then that we would recently see a FULL MINUTE of standing ovation when the Palestinians declared statehood at the UN? Ken’s dream is coming true.

Thanks to all for the feedback, especially Mark’s. I have found The Ugly Truth only recently and I am very happy that I did. The two Mark’s are no my two favorite people. Many thanks for all the hard work you have been doing for many years now. I’ve only recently gone full time as an activist (Catholic Worker) and, having spent the past 35 years working every day, I have not had the time to be as involved in the 9/11 Truth Movement as many people have been able to be.

Having the time, now, to wade through all of the information and disinformation is an arduous task, as is discovering who may and who may not be trustworthy, which is proving to be arduous as well. I still have much wading through to do in this regard, besides all of the other work I have to do.

One thing I would suggest to Mark is to have a guest on the program who can offer us some hope in these seemingly hopeless times. I know as well as anyone what a slender thread America is now hanging by, and for the past two years I have been warning people of the coming judgement of God upon America because of its sins and the need for full and total repentance if America (as we know it) is to survive. As you might imagine, this has caused me to lose many friends, who basically think I’m crazy. But I’m not crazy, I’m just very aware, as I think we all should be, and I have been very aware for many, many years.

I do not believe we will make it to the 2012 elections, which so many people are, again, placing their hopes upon (e.g., the Ron Paul supporters), because the next election, even if it were to take place, would solve nothing.

We have little chance to save America, for our children, other than to abolish the current federal government and form a new government that can turn our nation around, quickly. One whose first foreign policy decision will be to announce that we no longer support Israel but rather demand the Jewish state be dismantled, vacated, and returned to the Palestinian peoples. An apology to the Muslim world is second, along with our wholehearted support of its peoples, in the name of Justice.

Justice is what we seek and although its seems impossible, all things are possible with God. God laid a plan of action upon my heart a while back: Summer of Justice 2012 DC, which I am now organizing and I believe it’s our only option for gaining control of our federal government. I am very sensitive to God’s direction and one of the keys to this is simply being aware and open to his Spirit, which takes time. For the past year and a half I was simply waiting. God had impressed upon me the severity of the situation and the need to take action and for me to take action but I was waiting, until the last possible minute, to see what else and who else might arrive on the scene to lead America out of this coming catastrophe, but nothing has and no one is, so I began organizing what he had directed me to do.

Too many people, I think, are busily stockpiling food and ammo and hiding in their homes as opposed to getting involved. Or else they’re planning to flee the country. This helps America not one bit, although it’s not an unwise plan of action considering what will befall America if we abandon here in her time of greatest need. I, for one, cannot do so. I’ve had to do the opposite: go to Washington and organize its nonviolent (yet police and military backed) takeover by good, wise people who can begin leading us out of the impending disaster.

Many times I listen for God to tell me he’s through with America, that it’s too late, and that I shouldn’t be wasting my time trying to save an already judged and doomed nation. America certainly deserves judgement and I have considered not beginning this action or abandoning it because, like Jonah, I would prefer America to be punished for our sins. We don’t deserve his mercy and grace, we deserve his wrath and his anger which, biblically speaking, always come in the form of defeat at the hands of the nation’s enemies, which we have many of. But God is still impressing upon me no such thing. He continue to impress upon me the need to call America to repentance and to regain control of America for the people of America, and the world. So I soldier on, although, at times, I get frustrated and, like Jonah, wish to leave the country myself and head south, were the fallout won’t rain. But I can’t. Perhaps if this action doesn’t work I will, but I doubt it. America – for better or worse – is my home, and I love her, which is why I am so angry, frustrated, and disappointed with her. Without a great love there can be no great disappointment. For those who are interested, our philosophy and plan of action for this upcoming event can be found here:

Anyways, sorry for getting carried away with all of that here. As a writer, I tend to do that.

As for the controversy that has surrounded Mr O’Keefe recently, let me say that I have no desire or intention to smear Mark’s good friend and many people’s hero: Ken O’Keefe, or his message, which I endorse, I only wish to discover the truth concerning this latest matter, as it seems to have upset a lot of people and caused Mr O’Keefe a lot of trouble. And because, as I said, I am sorting through who should and who should not be trusted, which is not an easy thing to sort through.

I am looking into the situation with O’Keefe, who isn’t saying anything wrong, or ridiculous, like some people are….the latest controversy surrounds the alleged mishandling of funds on O’Keefe’s part which, without detailed knowledge of the funding, receipts, and a look through the books, it’s impossible for me or anyone to make any precise determination concerning this particular controversy.

I simply examine both sides of the story as best I can and I attempt to discern, going by what people write and by the way that they express themselves in writing, who may be lying and who may be telling the truth, because someone is certainly lying. I would suggest that others who may be interested do as well, whenever necessary and concerning whomever, not just O’Keefe, if they are unbiased enough to do so.

As St Paul said, Satan comes “as an angel of light”, and not with a red suit, a tail, and horns, which is why so many “Christians” in America believe in Christian Zionism: the devil uses the Bible to convince them to do the wrong thing (support Israel) believing it to be “God’s will”. These people aren’t stupid, they’re just deceived, as are we if and when we allow ourselves to believe in people who appear but who are actually up to no good, such as a con-man, who always appears to be doing good, which is why people willingly hand over their money to them.

I’ve certainly been fooled by many such people over the years, and lost money to them in the process, which is the main accusation against O’Keefe: that he is con-man and a self promoter, and not that he’s “a Zionist”, although people throw that out there as well (in anger I believe, because I’ve see no evidence of that).

Perhaps it’s best that I am neither a fan nor a foe of O’Keefe, as many people appear to be either one or the other (as is evident by his many fans here) so that I might be able to see more clearly what may have actually transpired most recently concerning his Aloha Palestine venture.

As it stands now, from my research, I would not support any of his ventures financially, although he may be saying and doing the right things, and I do appreciate his standing up for and with the Palestinian peoples, as I do everyone else who does so, but I would certainly never participate in any of O’Keefe’s costly trips.

As I said, anyone who is interested can research this for themselves. Here’s are some helpful links in regard to this matter, from both sides:

“Like I said, I could be totally wrong…”

TOTALLY? Then, the one intelligent thing to NEVER do is to say that you SUSPECT his integrity without providing any evidence at all except that you read some gossip and SLANDER abou him, and then add that “he is not truly on the side of truth”.

What about the posted video interview itself? Does it too seem suspect to you? If so, we would like to read the facts and not …!

Mark needs to address this SLANDER and LIBEL, meant to de-rail the efforts to help the Palestinians and Gazans, against Ken o’Keefe, and it needs to be made loudly-and-clearly. I am SICK and TIRED of seeing the real people get side-lined and maligned, while those who are REALLY IN THIS FOR THE MONEY AND OBFUSCATION get their “MONEY-BOMBS” in the many, many thousands of dollars whenever they ask for it.

“I simply examine both sides of the story…”

    “.. as best I can …”

“As St Paul said, Satan comes “as an angel of light” …”

FIRST, Saul of Tarusrs meant HIMSELF!

SECOND, he was damn right about Satan coming as an angel of light. I know of such an angel who has even provided us with a plethora of thye slander links with a view to obtain a bigger splash right in Ken’s face in broad day light but none that I could notice with my aging eyeas of all the wonderful work Kenneth O’keefe has ALREADY accomplished. Some call this examining both sides, but the verdict has already been rendered.

“As it stands now, from my research, I would not support any of his ventures financially…”

If this is not a verdict, may I be damned!

Why don’t you wait for the conclusions of your research before trying to play the angel of light, here?

Maybe you never heard of this before: A friend in need is a friend indeed. Kenneth is not your friend (or foe, but this is a gimmick!), so why don’t you learn from his friends instead of promoting the garbage of his enemies under the guise of research?

Kenneth is my friend and I thank GOD for what he has already accomplished and pray for him. Kenneth O’Keefe is blessed and I trust him, which does not mean that he is infallible!

It is funny that you should quote Saul of Tarsus here and I fail to see its relevance with regard to whether Ken O’keefe is to be trusted or not. Saul is known in the Bible to have preached ANOTHER Gospel, that of Jesus of his vision (or hallucination), to have DEVIATED from the original Gospel, and to have CURSED James the Just, first “bishop” of Jerusalem, Peter and Barnabas, and James was known for his sincerity and honesty and Jesus himself called him and John the Sons of Thunder (Boanerges) because he was very close to him, more active and outspoken than the other Apostles. James was one of the most respected persons in Jerusalem and he preached to the followers of Jesus while Saul preached to the Jew-haters and justified his actions by asserting that THE END JUSTIFIES THE MEANS. (Romans 4:7-8) Saul accused the Apostles of Jesus of having changed HIS Gospel! Which one? (Gal. 1:6-9, 2:14, etc.)

When I can, I will not hesitate, and request ‘all’ my ‘friends’ to support any of his ventures financially AND OTHERWISE. Ken needs support and not more detractors or wolves in sheep’s skin.

A.J. MAC DONALD is a “thinker, writer, author, blogger, social/political activist, and Catholic Worker”, so, he does not need any outside help to handle my criticism of his comment. WE should be able to handle this by ourselves as we seem to be on THE SAME SIDES. He claims to be still searching for the truth and I claim to have found that truth already, which does not mean that he will share that truth.

As you may have seen, we do not share “the truth” about Saul of Tarsus! If he is a sincere and true CHRIS-ian, not a Paulican or Paulian (early of later), then, we are Brothers of the Faith and the only bond that can and should exist between two brothers is that of LOVE.

NB: If I had all of that shit on my conscience, I would stay drunk drunk, too, just to make life bearable knowing that I was doing the work of the heebie-jeebie psycho/sociopaths; yeppers, it is hard-work to stay sane after you realize that the evil that you’ve done has helped make life that much worse for innocents across the world affected by “the chosen.”

  17. #17 by ajmacdonaldjr on 09/26/2011 - 9:34

Perhaps I should put it this way. As a relative newcomer to much of this, my impression of O’Keefe is not good due to these accusations.

It seems to me that many people who were once die-hard fans of O’Keefe as well as fellow workers with him have turned against him because of what they accuse him of doing: mishandling funds.

These people were never out to slander O’Keefe to begin with, as though, for no reason other than to give him a bad name, they came out of nowhere with a story made up out of whole cloth. These people loved him, donated to his work, and worked with him….until they believe he had done them (and others) wrong.

The many people who defend O’Keefe and O’Keefe himself are quick to accuse these former O’Keefe fans of slander and libel, but, to me, it appears these fans of O’Keefe are reacting with something rather like a groupthink mentality rather than dealing with the facts.

For example, in any cult, those who wake up to the fact that their leader is a fraud who has been leading them everyone else in the cult astray, will warn their fellow cult members of the danger they are in by continuing to follow the fraudulent leader, only to be immediately and vociferously pilloried by other cult members and the leader, which is what this O’Keefe situation, sadly, reminds me of.

–note from me, MG–AJ, people can accuse others of all sorts of stuff. To this day, the Jews accuse Jesus of being a sorcerer and a pervert. They accuse His mother of being a prostitute. Yours truly was attacked as being a “satanist” in a few articles because I dared tell Jeff Rense that I would no longer endorse him as a good source of info because of the anti-Islamic garbage he was running on his website.

Slander is the easiest form of warfare there is because the one utilizing it knows that mud sticks to whatever it hits and that little in the way of proof is needed on his end in making a case.

  18. #18 by Ingrid B on 09/26/2011 - 9:34

I would like to pick up on something suggested by ajmcdonald.. (don`t knock him for being fooled by anti-KK slander, at least he is being open-minded, and it`s up to us to combat slander with truth, which is why I like TUT)..
aj`s suggestion was, that Mark interview someone who is positive, with regard to the nightmare scenario facing us all, not only the US. I`m holding on to a message of hope, which was contained in a video, which was posted here on TUT recently by Dr. Nur. The guy`s name was Ben Fulford and his words gave me hope, something we all need badly. I hope this guy is genuine, and that his promise to the people of the world comes to pass..

  19. #19 by ajmacdonaldjr on 09/26/2011 - 9:34

Thanks Mark. You’re right of course. To smear someone is a very oId and effective tactic, although I don’t think this, meaning an intentional smear campaign to ruin O’Keefe, is what’s happening in the O’Keefe situation, because it’s O’Keefe’s former supporters who are making these accusations, and not some enemy from without, as in some “Zionist agent”, or whatever.

No one in any particular group ever likes a former group member who has abandoned the group for what they perceive to be errors on the group’s part (e.g., former Catholics, Protestants, Muslims, Democrats, Republicans, Moonies, or even former cigarette smokers) because these former members usually have quite good arguments against the group that threaten to destroy the worldview of the group’s members, which is why the former group member is always persecuted (smeared) by the group as someone who is now “lost” and who needs to repent of their now evil ways and return to the (safe) fold, lest they drag other members into perdition with their false teachings.

I looked into the Jeff Rense accusations a while back, when I first came across them, and, like I said, I read and listened to what both sides were saying and, probably because I was not that familiar with either of you, I was able to see that Rense was in the wrong.

I was aware of Rense before I had heard of his accusations against you but I had never listened to him or read anything on his website, because his website was so crapped-up with ads and alien-type nonsense I knew that he wasn’t worth my time.

It seems to me that people who were once true believers, as Jo Ann, Catherine, and Saeb once were with the O’Keefe “following”, it appears they simply became disgusted with what they perceived to be truly occurring. What I find suspicious is the smearing back on the part of O’Keefe and followers. If they are in fact the right concerning this matter, I think the best thing these people could do (or should have done) would be to refute these accusations with proofs to the contrary (such as receipts, open books, etc.).

If the accusations are true I can see why O’Keefe and his followers would do there best to smear these accusers in order to keep the rest of the followers in line rather than refuting then with facts, which leads me to believe the accusations are true. As it stands now O’Keefe has simply moved on to a new cause instead of doing so, although both sides have threatened legal actions, which is very sad.

I take no pleasure in bringing any of this up but I don’t think this should be ignored either, so that we can better know who is trustworthy and who is not. I don’t think you should do a broadcast about it either, as someone here suggested. I think it best to keep this sort of thing in-house until the facts are discovered, if they ever are. As someone else suggested, I think it would be nice to have a broadcast that delivers a somewhat more optimistic message, although I realize there’s not much to be optimistic about. Perhaps, like I said, something along the lines of what can we actually, realistically do to truly change things here in America, rather than talking about abandoning her in her time of need.

We are in a fight for our lives, and, more importantly, for our children’s lives, and this fight is with people who are murderous thugs. I, for one, refuse to abandon this nation to the evil that has captivated it, and will either die trying to save it or be locked-up by the evil trying to save it, but I will not leave America nor will I sit on my hands (or my computer) and do nothing. I simply can’t. This is my country, and I have as much right and duty as anyone to save her. I took an oath many years ago, when I joined the military, before God and many witnesses, and swore that I would defend America against all enemies, both foreign and domestic. Perhaps I’m old fashioned, but I believe I am obligated to uphold that oath.

Our minds are fascinating things, and our minds are never harder at work than when we are trying to protect ourselves from the truths that challenge our most cherished beliefs or our most idolized personalities. We all have feet of clay and, like I said, O’Keefe’s not saying anything wrong and he’s been doing good things, but if he’s using his speech and his actions to amass monies for the cause of Palestine and then funneling much of it off for himself this should be exposed, because it’s criminal fraud. This type of thing happens all the time in charity work and we should not be surprised if it happens within the aid to Palestine and the Israel did 9/11 fold as well. In fact, I would be surprised if it didn’t.

As for O’Keefe’s most recent mission to Palestine, the relief apparently never would have arrived in Palestine had it not been for those who now accuse him of wrong-doing, according to his accusers, and I think it’s a mistake (either way) to accuse these now former followers of O’Keefe of intentionally working against the Palestinian peoples, which they most certainly are not and have not been doing. They are all deeply concerned with helping Palestinians, which is why they were involved with O’Keefe to begin with, and which is why they are so angry with him now (i.e., his funneling-off the money, which was meant for the people of Palestine, for himself; if this is true).

Hey, buddy AJMACDONALDJR, why don’t you stick to OSCAR WILDE and leave polical analysis to experts?

How dare you say you are a “Catholic Worker” with such lousy investigative skills?

Let me teach you one of mine. When I first encountered Kenneth O’Keefe, all I did was to see what GOOD he had achieved and what plans for the future he was proposing, and I did not instead ingurgitate whatever venom others were spewing at him!

When I investigated the Biblical Jesus Christ of Saul of Tarsus, I used the same principle. AND IT WORKED! You should use it for your “research” about Kenneth O’Keefe as well instead the one you used on DORIAN GRAY!
