Sex-offender teacher ‘fled Australia for Israel with help of Jewish school’

An American-born teacher who pleaded guilty to child molestation at a Jewish school in Melbourne allegedly was assisted in fleeing to Israel by his employer.

In a pre-sentencing hearing Wednesday at the County Court of Victoria, the prosecution argued that David Kramer should receive the maximum sentence of five years in prison when he is sentenced on July 24.

Prosecutor Brett Sennett told the court that Rabbi Avrohom Glick, the then-principal of the Chabad-run boys’ school in Melbourne, did not report allegations about Kramer to police because he was “concerned for his welfare.”

Instead, the college paid for Kramer to flee to Israel in 1993 before he returned to America, where he offended again, the court was told.

Kramer’s attorney, Tim Marsh, attempted to shift blame from his client to the college.

“There could have been an investigation, there should have been an investigation but instead there was a cover-up,” he said.

In April, Kramer pleaded guilty to five charges of indecent assault and one charge of committing an indecent act with a minor at Melbourne’s Yeshivah College in the early 1990s. Of the four victims, two now reside in the United States.

Kramer, 52, was extradited from America to Australia last year after he had served a four-year jail sentence for sodomizing a 12-year-old child at a St. Louis synagogue.

Manny Waks, the head of Tzedek, a support group for Jewish victims of child sex abuse, said outside court that the revelations about Glick were “absolutely astounding” and called on him to resign from his post at the college.

“It’s clear that the Yeshivah leadership cared solely for the welfare of the perpetrator,” he said. “It seems no consideration whatsoever was given to the welfare of the victims. Yeshivah and its leadership need to be held to full account.”

Last year, Yeshivah apologized “unreservedly” to victims for “any historical wrongs that may have occurred.”

Kramer’s sentencing next week will bring to a close the first in a series of child sex abuse cases that have rocked the Jewish community in Australia.

When are the “good” jews going to put a rope around the necks of all those involved, and hang them from lampposts?

5 years maximum sentence? If anyone did that to someone’s child, there would be hell to pay.

They help him escape and he commits again…

jews need to get the hell out of Gentile countries!

I feel sorry for the children this monster abused. Goes to show you that, even if you’re a Jewish child, there is still a pecking order that favors this kind of pecker-ing. I mean, what could be their excuse? Fear of an unfair trial under the goyim?

Yes lindsey, yes. Does not matter what one does or to who they do it to. You make sure you do your part to help them get away with it because they are part of the trbe. However if one does this and is not part of the tribe, they are considered an accomplace to a crime. Woe to ye pharisees and scribes , hypocrites.

So like we have moderate Muslims we also have moderate Jews, seems they both refuse to speak up about wrongdoing and consider the potential damage to their faith first rather than the victims. The silence is deafening from these people on the effected victims, nothing, not a thing.

Just made the connection: all Jewish boys have had their penis upon circumcision sucked on by a Rabbi; & all Rabbis have sucked a baby’s penis. This may sound like a tasteless, disparaging joke, but it’s an observation on an actual, current rite. I don’t know why, but I’ve suddenly made the connection between this and this subculture of child molestation in the Yeshevim. Strange that it should be so culturally non-kosher to state the obvious. Shows you just how acculturated we’ve become to perversion. It’s just sick, mno matter how many layers of Talmudic reasoning they try to bury it under.

@ NLG (#7) – It appears to me that you have greatly overstated the case. The articles I have read on TUT concerning this practice of orally removing blood from circumcision state that it is practiced by a small minority among ‘orthodox’ (or perhaps ‘ultra-orthodox’) Jews. Most Jewish circumcisions use other methods of cleaning off the blood. “Orthodox” (or “ultra-orthodox) Rabbis insist that it is Talmudically mandatory – but apparently most Rabbis disagree with them.

    @ Mystic444

So, you want to get into a polemic about which percentage of Jews have had their circumcised penises salved with magic Rabbi saliva, finding fault with my observation, because I say “all Jews.” Okay. But then you say, well, it could be just orthodox, or just ultra-orthodox–but you never really say for sure. That’s not buttessing your argument, is it? Of course you can always argue there are exceptions in Judaism, caviling ad infinitum. But I would argue that your seeing my comment as an overstatement exposes, on your part, a blind spot–a misunderstanding of the Talmud as a living text.

Rabbinical Judaism itself isn’t Judaism, not the Judaism of Moses; they have no temple, no priest class, no ark. In the abscence of these three fundamental things, the Talmud was constructed, to make up for them; to substitute man with God, and in between, Satan, well-lubricated with legalism, squeezed himself. The Talmud, then, as a living text, as a way of sustaining the Jewish people inheres in their consciousness and culture, whether or not they are religious, atheist, orthodox, ultra, reformed; whether or not they have actually read a word of it. If you are raised a Jew, you have some of the Talmud in you.

The Talmud, both consciously and unconsciously, indelibly etches its mark in the mind, just as grapes are infused with the taste of the mineral content they’re grown in. Likewise, whether or not one of these sick fu€ks has had his gentials sucked by a rabbi, literally, doesn’t matter. He’s been planted in the same soil. Unless he consciously tries to come to terms with this, that soil will pollute every aspect of his personality.

At its core, the Talmud is a replacement of God with the ego, inflating the ego, allowing “the Jew” to exculpate himself from the most heinous acts of depravity. So the fact that infant fellatio gets canonized in a sacred text which has become the vertebral support for the Jewish faith, to me, explains much when it comes to this topic of teachers abusing children in the yeshevim and getting away with it.

You cannot overstate the effect of a text like the Talmud, since its creation, over so many years, by so many rabbis, was itself to preserve the very existence of Jews–their identity, their spirit, and their DNA. Doesn’t matter if an atheist Jew scoffs at it. Its effect upon his consciousness is undeniable and unquestionable. This cannot be overstated. But there have been Jews who do spiritually awaken and see it for what it really is. Because what we’re really talking about is a spiritual sickness. A Jew who is able to break free from this evil, in my opinion, is a real “chosen” person.

@ NLG (#10) – If you read carefully what I wrote, you’ll see that I did not say that it COULD BE just Orthodox (or “Ultra”- Orthodox) Jews who practice the rite; I said that according to what I remember from the articles I read on TUT, it IS only Orthodox (or “Ultra”-Orthodox) Jews who carry on this practice. And I don’t remember for sure, but I believe (according to those articles) that not even all Orthodox/”Ultra”- Orthodox Jews do it. So the oral “blood sucking” rite is done by only a small minority of the Jews. Your assertion that all Rabbis do it, and all Jewish males have it done to them, is way off the mark.

I say “Orthodox, or maybe ‘Ultra’-Orthodox” because (1) I don’t remember for sure which group the articles from TUT referred to; and (2) I”m no “expert” on Judaism and its various branches – so I don’t know what the differences might be between “Orthodox” and “Ultra-Orthodox”. Even if both groups practice the “blood sucking” rite, that’s still a small minority of Jews today.

I feel sure you’re correct in what you say about the influence the Talmud exerts on all of Judaism – even the atheist Jews who scoff at it. The influence it has on atheists will be quite mild, though, especially compared to the Orthodox who thoroughly believe in it. To infer that because the Talmud influences all Jews to one degree or another, therefore all Jews must practice all the same rites (even the most offensive) – if that’s what you’re intending – is as absurd as saying that because all Christians are influenced to one degree or another by the Bible (especially the “New Testament”), therefore all Christians must practice baptism by immersion only for ‘believers’ only (not children of believers). After all, Baptists insist that the very meaning of the word ‘baptize’ is “to immerse” and that “the Bible teaches” that only believers are to be baptized. And yet we know that a large portion of Christian churches baptize both ‘believers’ and their children by means of sprinkling or pouring water rather than immersion (“dunking”) – and they’ll usually insist just as strongly that this is what the Bible teaches (or at least it is not inconsistent with Biblical teaching). And of course, some groups – Quakers and “ultra”dispensationalists – don’t practice baptism in any form.

I’m not even sure that the “blood sucking” rite comes from the Talmud – although I said that in my original comment. I don’t know a whole lot about the Talmud. I understand there are several volumes of it, and it costs way too much for my wallet to stand. In addition, I’ve just never been that interested in thoroughly studying it. What Jesus said about “the traditions of the elders” – as recorded in the Gospels – together with the few statements I’ve read from a few resources about some of the things it teaches about Jesus Christ, his mother, and the status of “goyim”, is quite enough for me. However, I remember watching a video TUT published with a Rabbi explaining the “importance” of the oral sucking rite. While I can’t remember the details of his explanation, I do recall that it struck me as very “esoteric”, perhaps originating more with the Kabbalah than the Talmud. Whatever is the truth concerning the source of the teaching, it still remains true that only a small minority of Jews practice it.

Ariel Toaff , Bloody Passover(pasque de sangue) will show one meaning of all these rites and holidays. Great book if you would like to understand judaism’s customs and holidays. Written at Bar Iillan University and banned for print in USof I. Widely distributed in hebrew in israhell though. Just more info they do not want you to understand.
