UK – Russia Today under attack as UK government shuts down RT bank accounts in major escalation

THE DURAN – It appears that moments ago we got the first major shot fired by America towards Russia…delivered by its always loyal vassal state of the United Kingdom. Russia’s RT television network and media group has seen its bank accounts blocked by the UK, according to a tweet posted moments ago by editor-in-chief, Margarita Simonyan.

Simonyan said in a Twitter post, “Our accounts in the UK have been closed. All Accounts. ‘The decision is not subject to revision’. Long live freedom of speech!”

    I think the public should be up in arms about this . It’s a direct attack on freedom of speech and if they get away with it , who knows just how far they’ll go . We’ll all be under the jackboot soon if the PTB continue to erode the basic freedoms that the ” free born ” are entitled to . This freedom is now under threat and instead of taking it for granted , freedom will have to be fought for because once it disappears , its gone forever .
